Modern construction can take place either on or off site, depending on the project and specific tasks. We can do both.

During a conventional construction project, the vast majority of the work is done onsite and in the field.
Modern construction processes allow for much of the work to be done offsite and installed in pre-fabricated components. This approach allows for substantially shortened project schedules, while still creating high performance spaces. For some projects, a panelized approach could make sense. With other projects entire modules can be constructed offsite and moved in place with a crane.
