Perfect for sites with good south facing exposure, our 1,000 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, Solar model includes expansive windows, a soaring ceiling, open floor plan with a wonderful kitchen/living/dining central core.  The kitchen provides a tall pantry, lots of counter space, and an island facing the living area.  The private master bedroom wing features a large walk through closet/dressing room and a built-in window seat.  There is a separate home office/guest space with connected 1/2 bath, and plenty of closet storage space.  And because we live in New England, we provide a great mudroom entrance with closet, bench, and coat hooks.   The Solar can be expanded or reduced in size to accommodate your particular needs.
