The original Cape, a classic in New England, is a cozy and traditional design which adapts easily to many sites.  We have updated ours with larger windows and a more modern, open floor plan.  Our 600 square foot model includes 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, a separate office/guest space, and plenty of closets.  And because we live in New England, we provide a great mudroom entrance with closet, bench, and coat hooks.  The Cape model is easily scalable from 600 - 1,000 square feet and can include an optional half- loft with full ceiling height over the living/dining area.
